Outstanding service! Starting with Jennifer, who’s always in a good mood, professional and knowledgeable. I’ve been using their services for a couple of years now and never been disappointed. Blown away at the wonderful service I received! Cori, Keri, and Angie all did a spectacular job and are highly knowledgeable. I am endlessly impressed with their staff as they were very kind, professional, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I was really nervous the first time I went because a friend tried laser hair removal at another place (not to be named) and had a horrible experience. After reading the wonderful reviews, I decided to take the plunge and try Sonterra Laser Med Spa. Keri helped me out and she was absolutely wonderful!! She is very knowledgeable of the laser process and took her time to answer all my questions and make sure I was comfortable. The office is very clean and everyone I spoke with during my appointments have been extremely friendly. And I am also happy to report that all my friends are jealous that my laser hair removal experience has been so great!! If you are considering laser hair removal this is definitely the place to go. She worked with me to ensure I got the results I wanted. She is professional, attentive, knowledgeable, very patient and driven.
