I had a wonderful experience yesterday at Athena Wellness. I was a little nervous about having an IPL treatment for the first time and thought about canceling all morning. But, when I walked in, I was immediately greeted with such appreciation for being there. The atmosphere was also soothing. I gained so much information from Felicia and Katie that convinced me I was in, not only a friendly place but, one of knowledge and expertise. They were both caring and understanding of my concerns and made me feel like I had nothing to worry about. My nervousness dissipated very quickly. There are many great medical spas in this area, but Athena Wellness Center stood out to me as one of the best because of their people, the atmosphere and the experience from the moment I walked through the door. I would absolutely recommend this medical spa.

Dr. Broussard and the staff are absolutely amazing. I can't say enough wonderful things about them. Dr. Broussard is caring and takes time to listen. Unfortunately, the procedure I had done did not work. There was absolutely no difference after 4 procedures. I am disappointed because I did not receive any results and the procedure was expensive. This was disappointing. I was hoping to walk out feeling better about myself and not regretting spending the amount of money that I did.

I want to love on this place a little bit (ok--A LOT!). If you want an amazing place to consult for medical guidance through a weight-loss journey, go to Dr. Crystal Broussard at Athena Wellness Center in the Woodlands. She's helped me to lose 65 pounds-- or17.3% body fat--in 7 months all through diet (Eating real food in a diet that I can stick to for the rest of my life!) and exercise (30 minutes/day). I've gone from a size 16 to a size 6--a size I've never worn in my entire life. I feel stronger than I've ever felt. There are no gimmicks--it just requires hard, consistent work on your part and in exchange you get positive support throughout the process. I love her. She helped me get my life back. Now my health is back on track so I can enjoy my family, hopefully for a long, long, time. There's no time like the present...
