This business will never get a 2nd chance with me. I booked an appointment through Classpass for Sat, June 7 at 10am, 2 days in advance. I got a text a little while later saying that they can't do that time and offered me 2pm instead. First problem - if 10am was available on your calendar then it should have been available in reality, so your online calendar system needs to be fixed. I responded to the message and confirmed that 2pm was okay, but did not receive a response, so I had to text again the following day and ask them to confirm. I'm leery about date changes and prefer to have communication in writing from the business in case of discrepancies. They finally responded on Friday that 2pm was confirmed for the following day. I show up on time and the lady is looking at me confused telling me that I don't have an appointment. I'm pissed and don't say a word, I just pull up the text messages and show her. She proceeds to tell me that the texts were for Friday and then I have to read them to her to show where Saturday was specifically indicated. The fault was on their side 1000%, however I was offered zero apology and no alternative. She just shrugged her shoulders and said that the room was busy. I drove 30 minutes to get here, and now I have to drive 30 minutes back home. This is the type of unprofessional disregard for potential customers that causes people to fuss and cause a scene. When people do stuff like this there should be financial compensation for wasted time and gas, and I'm not talking about a discount on a future service because I will never return.

Jezzel was amazing for my facial! She took her time with me and her presence was so calming! She took extra care to massage my arms, neck and shoulders. She was very caring and knowledgeable. My skin feels so good! I felt more relaxed after an hour with her than I have after full body massages! Definitely recommend.

Holy moly I feel like a new woman! I haven't gotten a facial in quite some time, but I don't think I've had a better one. The owner has a wonderful touch, and she will keep it real with you on what needed to be done 😜! The whole experience was magical, completely worth it. My face feels soo smooth.
