I have been coming to this location for my laser and facials for quite sometime now. Initially I wasn't very happy with them as far as laser was concerned, but since Catherine has joined Bioskin. I have had a truly pleasant experience with her. The new staff there is friendly, attentive, and excellent at their job. I've gotten a few facials done from Rosa, and she is a true professional. She is very kind, understands different skin types, and happens to be good at what she does. If you plan on going there for laser, ask to get it done from Catherine and for facials Rosa is the best. Catherine is the best aesthetician I've ever had hands down. I've seen better results with her in a few months than what I experienced with a few others I tried in the past for over a year. Naval was also very good, but she no longer works there. Good clean environment as well.

I feel like I have been cheated! I have been a loyal client since Jan 2019 and have recommended a lot of people here. But I am SO disappointed by the lack of customer service I have received. I paid full amount cash in advance for a full body laser service promotion that they were having and then they suddenly shut down beginning of 2020. The email I received stated that they will be relocating soon and will honor the remaining sessions. I had not even started my sessions! In the last 4 months, I have tried emailing, calling, and texting the owner but I have received no response at all! I noticed I am not the only one, seems like many women have been scammed by this business.

I bought a Groupon for laser hair removal for lower legs here. Nawal did a great job at explaining everything. Ive done laser before, however at previous locations did not see a good result. At Nawal's Bio Skin after 3 treatments I actually see results and am happy with them. I've since also added underarms to my laser hair removal package. Once these treatments are done I will be wanting to add more. Would definitely recommend vs other locations I have had experience with. Facility is beautiful and very relaxing. I've enjoyed every visit I've been to.

These guys are a big time rip off! Just to get an appointment it took them FOUR WEEKS! Once you get there the staff blames each other for faults. They seem really nice when you first pay them, after that they are completely changed! The staff does not know how to to laser treatments and are completely lousy at their job. I have seen 20% MORE growth after my six treatments. If you like to burn your money go to them!!!! In My opinion they are BIG TIME CHEATERS!!!

Very friendly and she listen and understand the problem areas to be treated and advice the best possible treatment with great results . Highly qualified and experienced professionals. Rosa is great person to talk to and to get treatment done .I definitely recommend any one to bio skin and laser for a one stop shop for complete skin care . Extremely unhappy with service. I get dermaplanning done every 2 months and decided to try a new place due to Groupon’s deal. Peach fuzz was still all over my entire face when finishing procedure. I went to the car looked and walked back in and told Amber could she do it again because i had peach fuzz everywhere still and that was one of my points in getting dermaplanning. She then tried again and still I had to keep telling her that hair was in all these different spots on my face. She then she said it must be the blade. She got a new blade and kept going over my face the same spots (might have even damaged my face) trying and trying with a new blade and asking me was it all gone now to the point where I just wanted to leave. She also told me that she had another client after me as if she was rushing through my face that wasn’t even near finished or hairless. She shouldn’t have to ask the client did she get everything she should be able to automatically see all of the hairs left on my face or shouldn’t be doing dermaplanning. Very unprofession. After getting fed up told her that my face was fine and thanks. I was actually totally unhappy with the service and wanted to ask for my money back. I will say amber was nice, the place was nice, but the session almost made me cry and i wouldn’t want anyone else to have to go through the same thing. So please choose elsewhere to do dermaplanning !

I would definitely recommend people going here for their treatment. Laser treatment is really good and so are their facials. 10/10 rating for them for sure.

UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT: Nawal is back!!! This is the best place in the Houston area to get laser hair removal, or anything done! The atmosphere is so calming. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. They made me feel very comfortable and answered all of my questions. Nawal is great at her job. 10/10 would recommend.

I Agree this place scammed, I also paid the full payment for my wife and my niece for LASER hair removal. I havent been able to reach out to the owner . The owner new that she was shutting down the Sugaralnd location when she accepted the payment for treatment paid a day before the shutdown of the business. The owner is ignoring all emails, and Facebook messages. WE HAVE TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION. Please contact me if anyone have experienced the same issue as I am filing a Lawsuit against the owner.
