She has treated me with excellent care I wouldn't go to any other doctor. She give you her full attention when she is treating you. There is more I could say, but just make an appointment with her to find out what a good doctor Dr. Renu could be for you. This is an ad-on, Dr. Renu also keep herself updated with your other doctors, deals with all your issues. She's a five-star doctor. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Dr Renu, Dr Aparna and Dr Kandala are the best physicians in town, they care about their patients and always follow up. I always recommend these physicians to our family and friends. But over the course of time the customer service of the front staff and nurses is going down. The only exception is Michelle. In this Corona time even after keeping us outside for a long time, they don't have a pleasant attitude. This is not one time experience. They don't call us back even after leaving messages. The nurse Kea does not like asking her questions, When we escalated this to office Manager Ali, she don't have to time to listen and just was denying the facts. Earlier we had problems with insurance coverage as the physicians address and fax was not updated properly. And according to Ali it is the responsibility of patients to update physicians details to insurance. Because of that our mammogram results didn't reached properly She even insisted us to change insurance to be seen by physicians. Finally we had to escalate the behavior of office staff to their boss. We felt so bad taking the precious time of physicians from patient care. We have this humble request please invest on good office staff who will keep the reputation of physicians. But this will not force us to change physicians because we love our Doctors.
