Ideal image has rectified this issue. The services and customer care received was much better post review. I hope the company is more transparent with future customers. I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with Ideal Image regarding services that were promised but have not been rendered. I paid approximately $1,000 upfront with the understanding that I would be able to schedule appointments for treatments. Despite this payment, I have yet to receive any services or even successfully schedule an appointment. On at least two separate occasions, I was told that someone would call me back to finalize scheduling. No one has followed through. I was also informed that Ideal Image was attempting to rearrange their schedule to accommodate my availability, yet I have not received any updates from any of the three facilities I contacted. Due to this lack of service and communication, I requested a refund. I was told a case would be submitted on my behalf, but I have not received any confirmation, follow-up, or resolution. No one has contacted me regarding either the refund or the appointment. At this point, I am deeply concerned that this may be a deceptive business practice. It appears that Ideal Image collects payment upfront without delivering services or honoring refund requests, leaving customers without recourse. I believe this warrants investigation and immediate action. I am requesting a full refund and a written explanation for the delay in service and lack of communication. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to escalate the matter to consumer protection agencies and consider legal options.

I had an appointment on Thursday at the Woodlands location. Peyton was my Nurse and she did an excellent job providing me step-by-step the procedure/process and what to expect. Immediately, she put me at ease and everything she did was with "care!". The appointment was to reduce the size of my chest/breast...she took several photos so that we can do a "before and after".

I went to show up to what I thought was my appointment yesterday in Market Street - The Woodlands without knowing the business moved off I45 in Shandendoah. When I arrived and noticed the sign gone, I called and asked if they moved. The young lady said yes. I showed up early to see a nurse again before I could get treatment to update my file. I let her know the new location was another 30 min drive for me and I wouldn’t be able to make the appointment. She instructed me that she would cancel my appointment and apologized. Today I am charged a no show fee of $50!!!!!! That is horrible customer service and not one time over the multiple texts and phone conversations on my appointment did they mentioned they moved. I literally showed up to the old location and now am being charged as a no show even after speaking with a representative? Horrible horrible business!! Today they couldn’t even tell me when a manager would call me back. This is not acceptable.
