Needed in quickly bc I am a procrastinator and completely forgot my daughter’s wedding was in a week, but they were so accommodating- from the adorable and welcoming receptionist all the way through! Ambria was so super-sweet and very helpful! I have had a lip flip previously, however, the results I have had here so far are so much better and happened much more quickly than my prior place. I thought I could feel it, but once my family noticed, that sealed the deal and I still have my two week follow-up! I’ll definitely trust them for other things in the future!

If I could give zero stars I would!!! First of all, I wanted to treat myself for my birthday coming up so I decided to book an appointment for a facial with Mia. I specifically told Mia that I had very sensitive skin and rosacea. The products that she was using on my skin I questioned, especially a scrub, because scrubs are usually pretty harsh. She said it shouldn't irritate you, so at the time I trusted her. After my facial was done, I could tell my face was still a little red and looked irritated. Even the next day, it was still irritated. Flash forward a week later, and it has still not completely went back to normal before having the facial . I had showed them pictures of what happened, and even spoke with their office Manager Esmeralda. I felt like I got no where with the office manager. It was very frustrating, and I had a very terrible experience. I am wishing I would have never gotten the facial. To make matters worse, I feel like they don't care what happens afterwards. After having this facial that caused irritation, I had to make a dermatologist visit, which ended up costing more money. All they seem to care about is making money of you!! I would definitely steer clear of this place, I would not recommend to anyone I know. I just wanted to reply back to the owners comment. I refused to come back because they are not an actual skin doctor or dermatologist. At this point, the only person that would have been able to help me was an actual dermatologist! I also wanted to state that the way the Manager treated me, was uncalled for. She made false assumptions about me, and the monent I walked in the door I felt like I was being judged. I hope it makes her feel high and mighty to treat someone like that.
