I went to this place 10 years ago for laser and weight loss, and recently came back again for skincare. I can’t say enough great things about my experience. Appointments are always easy to come by for skincare. The ladies are very accommodating and very nice. After my first appointment, they recognized me & remembered me right when I walked in the door. They take all precautions to make sure you are comfortable in each procedure. Customer service is definitely top notch.

I just had my first laser hair removal session with them and I'm pretty pleased. Everything looked neat and clean and the girls were nice. I was a lil worried about how bad the laser would be because they compared it to the snap of a rubber band. But the technician put my mind at ease by telling me she would do a test spot on my arm to give me an idea of how the laser would be... And I didn't even feel a thing!?! The worst would be a slight little prick if you even felt anything at all! The cooling gel right after the laser eliminates any pain and I barely felt any irritation afterwards! So I'm very pleased. They even worked with me concerning payments! And j got a really good package deal. Brazilian with eyebrows,lip, and underarms!

At best, this place gets 2 stars. Unless you are a stay at home mom, this establishment could not meet any realistic expectations. The pros: cheaper than most places, (not by much) friendly front desk staff, clean. Cons: equipment is outdated, very disorganized, there is only one day a week you can see "the medical director." more importantly, the "doctor" is a joke. There are three locations she serves for weight loss purposes and only once a week can you see her. There's no appointment needed but that does not work to your advantage. She shows up to the Clear lake location for just two hours (10am-12pm) and then heads over to the Pasadena location for an additional 2 hours (1pm-3pm) ON A WEDNESDAY. So unless you have all the free time in the world, don't go to school, work, have children, pretty much do nothing, you are able to see this "Doctor." It's baffling that they call themselves a weight loss clinic when the weigh loss doctor hardly ever comes in. I've expressed my disappointment and frustration over this unrealistic practice and the constant answer is "there's nothing we can do." If you're going to spend hundreds of dollars (or just a couple of dollars ) on trying to better yourself, please do it somewhere else.
