Super bummed to make this review! I’ve been going to fab med spa since 2017 and received multiple different services a few times a year. I’ve even physically brought some of my friends! Unfortunately, upon booking a service the night before, I did not receive any kind of confirmation that my appointment was booked. The screen on their online booking system didn’t even say my appointment was booked. Additionally, I didn’t receive any kind of confirmation text or email saying I had an appointment, which I have received EVERY other time I have booked. I figured it was some kind of glitch and I’d try again in a few days. I found out they had charged me $100 for a “no show” fee. I immediately called and they said they tried to reach out via email to confirm my appointment but the email was labeled at “message not sent.” I explained to the women on the phone why there was confusion on my end and that I’ve been making apts here for many years. She didn’t offer any kind of help or let me speak to anyone regarding this issue. I even asked if the $100 charge could be added as a credit to my next service and she replied with “this charge is for wasting the providers time.” I feel so deceived and sad that this small business would screw over a repeat customer.

Ms. Martinez and Dr. Jones were completely awesome. The facility is beautiful and well kept. They not took their time in explaining the treatments and providing me options. I truly was very comfortable and happy with the service!Ms. Martinez almost put me to sleep, she did a fantastic job!

Can’t leave less than one. So my wife bought the 4k full body treatment for 6 treatments. She was also sold a 100 dollar a month insurance for full body in case the 6 treatments did not get everything. After 6 months the owner canceled the 100 dollar treatments and gave my wife a menu breaking it all down to about 1k full body instead. Do not sign anything with this business they may not honor it.

I cannot say enough good things about the staff at this location. From the moment I walked in everyone was super friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and truly genuine! I felt so taken care of and at ease, and the specials they offer are amazing! Dr Jones is fantastic and Sharon (L.E.) is so sweet and completely amazing! I had the TruSculpt 3D done and it can get pretty uncomfortable! Sharon encouraged me through the pain and helped me focus on the finish line! I will definitely continue to have my touch up services performed here!

I’ve been going to Feb Med Spa for years in Friendswood and now the new location. The environment is beautiful, well put together and very pleasing. The girls at the desk are very nice and accommodating and everyone is very professional. Sharon is a rock star when it comes to lasering and facials. The new doctor is amazing when it comes to injections too. Virtually painless. She’s also super sweet. You will be very pleased with your over experience at Fab Med Spa!!

Iv been going to Fab Med Spa now for over a yr now and I absolutely love the facility, and the staff. They are extremely professional and friendly. The facility is beautiful and immaculate you just know you are in good hands when you are there. I fully trust the nurses there to help me make the best decisions based on me and my wants and needs… They won’t let you go overboard which I think personally is awesome. My lips look so good and she was very interested in what I wanted and made sure I was happy with them every step of the way. She also helped me figure out other things that I wanted in the future and was very informative about the products and costs. I live in Rosenberg so it is a drive for me but I will definitely be returning to Krystal in the near future.
