I had their signature facial today and I am not exaggerating when I say it’s the best facial I’ve ever had and I’ve had a few over the years. UPDATED BELOW Got my hair cut and dyed on Saturday - loved the color and the cut was super cute but when I got back home I realized that the back was SUPER uneven. I want to add that I have gone to get my hair done many times before and had no problem. I called to get it taken care of and they only had something a week out. I get mistakes happen but for what you’re paying it should be done the first time/ make it a priority if it needs to be fixed. UPDATE editing this review because since this post I have gone back to this place more times then I can count and have overall had a good experience. The reason for the change is simple, the good outweighs the bad. I still don’t love how the experience above went but every other time I have gone to this place I have had a good interaction. I have since had many more haircuts, hair color, and brow laminations since this post. I usually end up going with someone new every time I go in due to my busy schedule and I can say that overall for what you’re paying it’s a good job/experience. I even felt so good about them that I got my hair done here for my wedding and paid to get my sisters done for her wedding and they both turned out beautiful.
