I had the most amazing experience with Jackie as my nurse injector at Haus SLC! From the moment I walked in, she was so kind, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable, which immediately put me at ease. She took the time to listen to what I wanted, explained the process clearly, and offered thoughtful, professional recommendations. My lip filler results are absolutely gorgeous — natural, balanced, and exactly what I had hoped for (even better!). My Botox also turned out beautifully, giving me a refreshed, smooth look while still looking completely natural. Jackie’s skill and attention to detail truly show in her work. I left feeling more confident and so happy with the results. I can’t recommend her highly enough!

It was my first time being treated at Haus of Aesthetics, Salt Lake City location and I had a beautiful experience at this Medical Spa. The staff are fun, sweet, and inviting. I want to give a shout-out to my 2 favorite gals, Livvi Roberts Master Aesthetician/Marketing Manager and Nurse Jackie for pampering me with my Diamond Glow and Facial Balancing Procedure. Both gorgeous ladies are knowledgeable, caring individuals, and most definitely trust for my future skincare needs.

I visited Haus of Aesthetics for their basic chemical peel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience from both the treatment itself and the follow-up customer service. During my consultation, I was not given clear verbal disclosure that the basic peel does not peel, exfoliate, or provide noticeable resurfacing results. This is a material detail that should be communicated verbally, not hidden in paperwork or left unclear. I paid $100 with the new-patient discount and purchased additional products, without being told that a portion of the treatment would need to be completed at home. After seven days, there was no peeling, no exfoliation, and no visible improvement to my skin. When I reached out to express my concerns, I requested a partial refund for the service or the opportunity to repeat the treatment. I explained the lack of informed consent and the absence of results. Despite this, the consultant, the manager, and higher-level staff all refused to provide any solution. From a consumer-rights standpoint, a business is expected to provide: • accurate and clear descriptions of services • honest verbal disclosure of what a treatment does and does not do • reasonable resolution when a service is not delivered as represented None of these were met in my experience. Withholding critical information about how a treatment works and then refusing to offer any remedy when the results do not match what was represented is not acceptable customer care, nor is it aligned with basic standards of consumer protection. I am sharing this so future clients can be aware and ask for complete verbal explanations before committing to any service. Transparency, accuracy, and integrity are essential in aesthetics, and unfortunately, those expectations were not met here. Since the service was not described accurately and no resolution was offered, I will be requesting a refund through my bank under my consumer protection rights

Kacey and Kennedy are so skilled and kind and really partnered with me to make the treatments quick and effective! I’m so glad I came here!
