I’ve had a wonderful experience at Virginia Center for Plastic Surgery, and I can’t recommend them enough. From the moment I walk in, Gina at the front desk is always friendly, welcoming, and personable. She truly sets the stage for a pleasant visit each time. I’ve been seeing Sonia for facials and laser treatments for about 6 months now, and she has been absolutely fantastic. She completely transformed my skincare routine. I had been using heavy products thinking “more is better,” but Sonia took the time to educate me and showed me that less is more, especially when using high-quality products and ingredients specifically tailored to my skin. My skin has improved so much since making these changes. I also had Alma Hybrid laser treatments for acne scars, and Sonia was incredible throughout the entire process. She thoroughly explained what to expect before, during, and after each session, helped manage my expectations, and really put my concerns at ease. After treatments, whenever I had questions, I was able to email her and she was always extremely responsive, which meant a lot to me. Sonia is not only highly knowledgeable and skilled, but also genuinely positive and caring. Between her and Gina, every visit is enjoyable and stress free. I also really appreciate the peace of mind that comes with receiving treatments at an actual doctor’s office with certified, medical grade treatments and an experienced esthetician. I’ve had an excellent experience with Dr. Eric Desman and his team. From the moment I walked in, I felt listened to, respected, and genuinely cared for. Dr. Desman’s knowledge of SafeLipo is exceptional. He took the time to explain the technique, what to expect, and why it was the right approach for my specific concerns. His professionalism, calm demeanor, and confidence in his craft gave me complete peace of mind. Olga, his assistant, was also incredibly kind—she made the entire pre- and post-operative process smooth and reassuring. I’m still early in my healing journey, so I will update this review once I reach my final results. But so far, I’m very pleased with the care I’ve received. I also want to highlight Nesa, their Nurse Practitioner and skincare specialist. She is amazing. She explains everything in a way that makes sense, gives honest recommendations based on what my skin actually needs, and truly listens before suggesting treatments. Her knowledge, warmth, and transparency made me feel completely comfortable and supported. Overall, I highly recommend this team. Their professionalism, expertise, and human touch make a huge difference. I’m grateful for my experience with all of them and look forward to updating my results soon. 💜

Hands down, the best customer service. The text and email reminders for appointments are so helpful for someone like me, and I always leave with my next appointment already booked. The women here are truly some of the nicest people I have ever worked with. They listen, they care, and they greet you with a laugh and a hug every single time.
