I always have a great experience at Clinical Dermatology in Chantilly! I've gotten aesthetic treatments done for acne, and have been serviced by Lexi and Vinicius. They both walked me through the whole process, making me feel very comfortable, and gave me great results. The team is also very understanding of budget constraints and committed to helping you find the service that works for you instead of trying to up-charge you. This makes going feel like a spa day rather than a doctor's visit! My only slight critique is that sometimes there can be small miscommunications between the provider and the receptionists when it comes to charging you, since for some visits you pay a consultation fee that contributes to your overall charge (including the treatment), but this issue is easily and quickly resolved if you catch it on the spot or message them afterwards, so no big issue, just a point on how processes could be improved.

To start, I’m insanely terrified of going to the doctors, dentist, literally anything like that. But everyone here was so sweet and collected, matching the calming and caring environment, you can tell the workers really care. I knew from the moment I talked to Lisette at the front that I’d be well taken care of, her sweet welcoming smile was very contagious 😊 Matt made sure I knew everything I needed to know, set me an appointment, in and out. Scheduling and check in were a breeze. I arrived early to complete the new patient forms and I liked that they sent them to my phone instead of giving me a slow tablet. The forms were easy to fill in on my phone and were sent directly to the provider via Klara. The doctor was nice and thorough. They give as much time as is needed for the appointment, so you get the proper care, though this may result in a delay if the patient before you has a complex issue. I was called back ~15 minutes after my appointed time. My issue was simple and I kept seeing people come in after me, get seen before me, and leave, so that was kind of annoying, but could’ve been worse I suppose. All in all, I’d return again. Nice and clean facility.

I am so grateful for the wonderful experience I had at the Clinical Dermatology Center! The whole process went incredibly smoothly, from booking a same-week appointment to filling out new patient forms on my phone beforehand, and not having to wait long in the office to be seen. The PA who I got the appointment with, Lexi Lepecha, was professional, kind, and very attentive when diagnosing and treating my skin issue. She asked questions about the duration and initial symptoms as well as current progression. She was incredibly patient and knowledgeable, answering all my questions about the various medications prescribed, explaining how taken together they would give the best outcome. I left her office feeling confident that my skin condition, which had not shown much improvement over a year, could be managed and improved. After just one week, it was such a relief to be able to sleep without skin itchiness, and after almost two weeks, almost all the initial discomfort, redness, and flare up in the area have subsided to the point of being barely noticeable. Words cannot express how grateful I am! Thank you! I’m already planning to book an appointment here for an annual skin exam and other skin issues as they arise. In short, I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who might be feeling anxious or unsure what skin condition they have and want to have it looked at by a dermatologist and see improvement. They will take great care of you and be a wonderful partner in your skin health!

Dr. Kishore Jayakumar went above and beyond to help me - But let’s start at the top- Everything about this practice is great! Scheduling was a breeze and I was seen within 48 hours of my first phone call. My initial consultation was about 8 months ago, and they did have to verify my insurance when I arrived but I paid the standard copay. It took no real time at all for me. It was nothing out of the ordinary. I have been to this office a total of 4 times and I’ve never waited past what I would call an excessive wait time (5-10 minutes tops). The front desk staff has always been friendly and helpful with billing issues and scheduling. Dr. Jayakumar in particular has always spent as much time as needed with me and gone above and beyond my expectations with a dermatologist - so much as discussing potential GI interactions I may be having. He has never made me feel rushed or unvalued. I appreciate him and the office staff so much - my family and I will coming here for as long as we can! 10/10 would recommend!!!
