Decided to tag along with my wife to attend an appointment at Ideal Image, Fairfax. The parking lot was well maintained, and free of debris. The actual studio was clean, like surgical level. There was ample seating in the lobby area, and we were offered bottles of water while we briefly waited. My wife had the pleasure of being seen by Nurse Diana. Diana was professional, knowledgeable and whip smart on the techniques she used on my wife. With minimal pain, my wife was done in no time. The entire staff was SO friendly, courteous and carefree. We recommended anyone needing cosmetic procedures done, please check out Ideal Image, ask for Diana because she will take AWESOME care of you. Enjoy!

My nurse Jennifer is great, its my third time working with her directly; one time for my lip filler (which she did an amazing job with and they healed perfectly with 0 issues) and this was my second time doing my laser with her. She is very informative, compassionate (because I'm the biggest baby with pain) and precise. She really makes the most out of the money you're spending and as a customer we love that. The customer service from everyone here is awesome!! They really don't make you feel like you're just a number, just a customer or anything. They always call and follow up with me and will leave me at ease with any questions I may have. Everyone is 100% a girls girl. They will chit chat and make you feel VERY comfortable, so if you're thinking about getting a treatment done, I would 100% recommend this location!!
