I felt very comfortable in the office, she was very professional, explained spots and what they were during the exam. Verbalized everything she was going to do or needed me to do before going into look at areas during the exam. Worst place you could ever go and expect your mental or physical health to EVER matter. They still continue to refuse to call my workplace back. Most unprofessional office I have ever been to. I have been under the care of Dr. Miller and while he is thorough in his examinations, he is severely lacking in responding to medication requests. I am switching to another practitioner and hope that Maribel is as good as I was told or I will switch to a different dermatology practice. I gave the practice four stars due to Dr. Miller's not being diligent in sending in prescriptions to the pharmacy when requested. I have made three phone calls and hope the one from this morning is successful in getting a prescription sent to my pharmacy.

I believe I had a thorough exam by Maribel at the Fishersville location. She explained everything she was doing and everything she found. She was personable and professional. This was my first visit at the Fishersville location and only had a full skin screening—no procedures or treatments. A couple of minor things: I do wish Shenandoah Dermatology did appointment reminders and confirmations by email, text or phone calls. The exam room didn’t seem as up-to-date or as clean as the exam room at the Raphine location, but I would definitely recommend Shenandoah Dermatology to anyone looking for a competent dermatologist in this part of VA.
