In this consultation you will receive 100% knowledge of laser hair removal from the highly trained clinicians in this office walking into this office I was greeted with an abundance respect in a warm greeting the consultation lasted for about 1 hour with the clinical manager Lauren, who is one of the best in this office. Lauren will explain to you the package deals she will explain to you about laser treatment she will explain to you the cost of the laser treatment she will explain to you and answer any questions that you have in regards to a laser hair removal Journey. Second disclaimer I have prior to coming here to this location I have received laser hair removal before. With that being said I've already had most of the knowledge in regards to laser hair treatment nevertheless the new information that I did receive was welcome with good intentions. So I can only speak for myself in regards if laser hair treatment hurts in my opinion only speaking for myself it feels like a snapping one second uncomfortable pain the pain does not last once again my pain tolerance is very low what Milan offers is pressure after the laser makes contact with the hair and also the chiller which Lauren will explain to you in your consultation the chiller offers a cooling sensation after the burning popping snapping if you will of the laser and I love the chiller. So what's the pricing I've noticed no reviews have the price because all packages are different once you go over your consultation you'll understand the packaging , for me I paid $122 monthly. I also received one treatment a month which can be scheduled at your first consultation and after your treatments. Like I stated previously I've had laser before so if you have not had laser before this is the process. You walk into your room you are provided with your goggles to Shield your eyes from the laser you and your nurse practitioner also a stress ball, because yes there is a minute amount of discomfort. Also what I like the nurse practitioner Lauren you are amazing Lauren (nurse practitioner) we'll go over and laser treatment once you step into the treatment room, while making sure you are comfortable she'll set up the laser and walk you through the process. These treatment sessions last no longer than 10 minutes for me because I am only having laser on my face. What you were expected to do prior to your treatment is wash and clean your face from any makeup make sure you shave if you need to if not this location offers a bathroom with supplies because life happens and with life happening there may be some times that you need to shave while you're there wash your face or the area that you're having treated while you're there in the office and that my friends is service to me. What I like about this location and the service from the clinicians, is that if you need to take a break you take that break if the uncomfortability is too much for you take a break get your pain receptors and control then continue The Compassion from these clinicians are top tier. Since I have been starting back my laser hair treatment removal I have noticed that I from the first treatment here at Milan have not seen the smallest amount of stubble am I troubled areas which is remarkable from someone like me who was constantly shaving on a day-to-day basis to remove any unwanted hair from my troubled areas. The People at Milan Laser have always been extremely pleasant and welcoming, and are willing to work with me when I am struggling (open to changing appointment times when able, etc) so I am especially thankful for them. They also have recently gotten new staff who already treat me with the kindness that I have grow to expect from the staff here, and it made meeting those new staff members a lot easier, which I find really important given the intimacy of the type of work they do.

I LOVE going to Milan Laser. The Fredericksburg location is the best. Nurse Jackie is so attentive and is sure to always check in on my progress. She works quickly but very effectively and makes me feel comfortable and taken care of. Lauren is who I met with when looking into laser and she was and still is so friendly. She knew her stuff and took the time to answer every single one of my questions. Mohsina is also the sweetest! I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been late to an appointment and she’s helped me reschedule as soon as possible! The laser works great for me and the package is so worth it! The entire team is great and I truly can’t say anything but nice things about them all.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this clinic. From the clinic manager to the NPs — WOW. Their attentiveness, compassion, and dedication to my care have been life-changing. I am beyond grateful.I cannot wait to see them all again in 5 weeks!! I will leave you with this, if you have ever wondered about getting hair removal, DO IT!!! This is your sign!!! I highly recommend Milan Laser Hair Removal. The staff is truly amazing, professional and focused on customer satisfaction. They were very thorough, answered all my questions and provided a relaxing atmosphere during my session. They set clear expectations and checked regularly to make sure I was comfortable during the procedure. I won't lie...it's a bit spicy, but worth the results.

Milan Laser has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself! I’d always toyed with the idea of laser hair removal, but my consultation with Lauren was the push I needed. She took the time to walk me through the entire process, explain payment options, and even answered questions I didn’t know I had. What really stood out is that she was never pushy. She didn’t try to upsell me on services I didn’t need—she truly listened to my concerns and gave me her honest, professional opinion. I’m a couple of treatments in now and honestly don’t know why I waited so long. The results speak for themselves, and if you’re even considering laser hair removal, I can’t recommend Milan Laser enough!
