The people are nice and stuff sure, but they really prescribe a crazy amount of stuff and they do not check throughly, the wait times are just insane they do not have enough workers at all. I would not recommend going to this urgent care. Even when I went to the pharmacy at Walmart, they told me the doctor just prescribes double the amount of medications that are needed. It seems like they just want to give you a medicine to get you out of there quickly without complaints.

Front staff is very selective who they speak to and recognize when they walk through the door. Everyone in the back is nice, welcoming, and friendly. I can’t say the same for the front. It made me feel uncomfortable.

My attending physician (Christina) today was very awesome. I have not experienced that level of examination in any physical exam in my life. Mind you, I am 59 going onto 60 years and my wife who sees doctors literally every quarter was there with me, and she was amazed. The lady who handled my blood work made it easy for me to work with the needle. All in all I appreciate the service. Thank you.

I arrived a little after opening @845 to be seen for being sick. The wait was over two hours [in my car] before I was put into a waiting room and then left for another hour and a half, the doctor refused to make any notation of having to call out from work the days prior due to food poisoning so I still received a work penalty for something any other office and PUC has done in the past. I had a 3.5 hour total wait time to just have someone with a PhD check my vitals a 2nd time after the intake nurse had already done it and provide zero service. All they want is their payment and it couldn't be more clear. Also to add, the last time I was sick and seen at this facility my wife was with me and heard some of the unprofessional comments made by the nurse when I was holding a seltzer water and the made a comment associating my illness to "drinking", "having a little something in the can" which I've never touched an alcoholic beverage in my life. Unprofessional hacks and low quality customer service.

I have to get them a 1 star in order to leave a review. I went to this place on a Sunday at 6:07pm. They close at 7. I knocked on the door and they/whoever turned off the lights in the main waiting area. I saw it. There were a few cars in the parking and my guess is that it was the staff’s vehicles. Having been in the healthcare field for all of my career I was really surprised/disappointed people supposedly who were suppose to care could do a cold thing. I went to Patient First and was treated awesomely.

Very Sadly dissapointed. Staff is unfriendly and not properly trained. When we checked in for our appointment they set my husbands appointment as a walk in. On top of that they took him in 2 hours later. They are lucky they even get one star. The last time we came here he was a walk in and they didn't call him until 5 hours later there was 15 people in front of him. They are highly understaffed. This is clearly not the place you want to go for timely service or for a thorough review or check-up.

This place is beyond the slowest place I’ve ever been too. I sat in the waiting room for over an hour and only ONE person got called back prior to me. They called me back and sat me in a room where I sat for another 30 minutes before the doctor even came in to do any testing. After that, I sat for another HOUR waiting for the doctor to come back. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. CareNow urgent care is wayyyyy better. I only came here because I was unaware that CareNow had X-rays.

I went in for an UTI. I have enough of them over the years that I know the symptoms. They had me give a urine sample before the P.A came to see me. When she came in to see me she advised my urine looked perfect, no signs of an infection. She then recommended doing a vaginal swap, which I agreed to. They gave me a swab kit and told me to go in the bathroom and do my own swab. The person that brought me the kit was barely able to explain to me how to do it, and couldn't answer my questions either. I would think if they felt the need for a vaginal swab they would want to do an exam too.....but I am not a doctor, so maybe not. They advised they would send everything to a lab and if anything came back positive they would call something into the pharmacy. The lab emailed me the results 3 days ago, and it confirmed, I have an UTI. I have left messages at the front desk and on the nurse line requesting they send in an antibiotic for me. I have gotten no response. Luckily, I just called my primary care doctor and sent them him lab report and he sent an antibiotic in for me. I should have just waited for an appointment with him since urgent care doesn't provide urgent care. I did leave 2 stars because everyone was nice and I didn't have to wait long.

Service was horrible. Despite having a 1PM appointment today, I wasn't called back until almost 2PM. The attendant taking my vitals was in a rush and even messed up my height measurement. After asking several times when the nurse would come into my room, I finally left after 3PM having wasted 2 hours of my life. I was there so long that they sent me the automated "How was your appointment" text and I still hadn't been seen. Still waiting to get my $25 copay back. Even the front desk lady botched my check-in so this whole experience was a disaster. Never again.

They will lie to you, they will say they can do pediatric X-rays, they can but they can’t read them and will tell you they will have results in 2 days. The office staff lies when you try to speak to someone medical, they will hide in the back and refuse to help you. The black girl, didn’t get her name, will try to say she already spoke to someone when in reality, non medical people are hiding behind a desk. Laleshka, will lie and say there’s no one at the urgent care and no one medically for anyone to talk too, and there’s no set managers. I guess the urgent care has no one in charge, which is a lie for anyone that runs a business!
