I love this location! I've come in twice for procedures here, and have felt very welcomed by the staff. Kylie, who was working the front desk when I came in, is very kind and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and I felt like I was in good hands. Julia, one of the nurses who did my Botox, was also very nice and informative. I was nervous going into it but she made me feel calm and reassured. I will definitely be coming back to visit these girls!

I had Ultherapy with Amy. It was a surprisingly relaxing experience. She started the process by applying numbing gel to minimize any discomfort and we had a great chat during the process. I was really impressed by her knowledge of various skin care products and procedures as well as with her expert handling of the Ultherapy device. I barely felt anything other than a slight tingling and my skin had a pretty, flushed look when she was done. I was able to go directly to the museum from the spa, without any down time. It will be a while before I see the firming effects from the treatment (it takes a while to grow new collagen ☺️) but I’m excited based on the results I saw in the before and after photos.

I have seen amazing results after cool sculpting and I haven't even reached the end of treatment! I started in hopes that it would motivate me more to focus on my health and it certainly did. Ideal image helped me get my confidence back! I have worked with two nurses, Ellen, and I cant remember the other woman's name unfortunately, but both were so kind and helpful! Ellen always kept me comfortable by offering blankets and low light. Very grateful!

Where to start... I've been using ideal image services for 10 years. That's a long time to be treated as if I'm just an average Joe. Let's start with the sales pitch because this is indeed a money grab whether you inquire or they solicit. When consulting about laser hair removal they sometimes leave out important details. For me the important part left out was gray hair cannot be detected. I never saw a nurse just sales and transaction. When I did go for my first appointment that's when I was told this information. During my last 10 years the turn over rate has been extremely high especially for the nurses. Which means the consistency of care has not been the same. Some nurses are more thorough than others. I went on a letter campaign about 2 years in to address this up to the highest management. We came to an agreement which was more to their advantage than my own. Once I was in my "lifetime" phase my locked in rate changed even though I was told it wouldn't. Over the years I have had some good nurses but they don't last long. Rules change and they swear it's always has been this way. Nothing to notify you about the change until you are hit with it at your appointment ie. Prices, sales, procedures and such. I recently inquired about a service that they did not offer 10 years previous and I was poised to purchase but the receptionist kept trying to get me to finance. As she was failing at convincing me she called for sales. No need by this point because I was disinterested. My last visit was the worst of the 10 years. I waited 30 minutes for my appointment when I'm usually in and out. I approached the desk and instead of owning the concern the receptionist told me that I was 30 minutes early and that my appointment was at a different time. She's typing furiously to get assistance and a nurse comes out as I'm rescheduling. She is still trying to convince me that I misunderstood the appointment even though I had a text and email confirmation. The excuse was they are working on the mistakes of AI. I rescheduled for a few days later at a convenient time for me to navigate the hour long drive without a lot of traffic. I get a call, and text asking me to come in earlier on the day of my appointment. I make the change and take the drive. Another change was waiting until I was called back to my appointment and laying on the table in a paper sheet to ask for payment. Normally I pay at check out and this was very disconcerting. I refused and had my treatment. The nurse was fine and thorough which is why the 3 stars. She was just doing what she was told. Once at the receptionist I paid and waited to schedule my next appointment and was told they don't schedule more than 3 weeks. Yet I just did that in August. I made the appointment and left. I can tell you that I have taken an 18 month break due to the inconveniences, high turn over of nurses and my lifetime price change. That's also a change apparently I'm no longer a "lifetime" member as they have new guidelines for yearly rates. Please read the fine print before signing and ask all the questions. Speak to someone besides sales to get a better understanding and compare pricing. After you sign you are stuck. I have consulted a lawyer in the first couple of years to get the compromise but I wouldn't sign up with this company if I had a chance to revisit my original decision.

Can’t say enough good things about this place and specifically Amy Ruiz!! This was my 2nd time getting injections, first time at ideal image. I had a pretty negative experience at the previous med spa I went to where I was charged so much for minimal results that lasted only like 2 months. Cut to ideal image, I have low expectations… Amy was so friendly and warm and funny and explained EVERYTHING. What goes where and why , what works best for different types etc etc. I felt so comfortable and at ease. I ended up getting a lot more at ideal image for a lot less money AND the best part is I felt so confident leaving that I knew what I got, what to expect, and knew if I had any concerns I could call and they would address them immediately. 11/10 will definitely be back again!!
