I’ve had such a great experience at Milan Laser! Everyone is super welcoming and makes the whole process way more comfortable than you’d expect. Brittany is amazing! she does the laser and is so knowledgeable and reassuring. She explains everything, checks in the entire time, and really makes sure you’re comfortable, which makes such a difference. Kamaria at the front desk is the best too! She’s always so friendly, helpful, and makes scheduling easy. Overall, the staff makes you feel taken care of, the space is clean and professional, and the experience has been nothing but positive. Brittany is amazing!!! Her energy is always great! One thing I love Is you never stay on the same setting she always ups it depending if your skin can take it (test shots are provided before) unlike other places that extend your sessions.. This was my 4th appointment and I see tremendous results!! Brittany does not miss areas, she takes her time and asks how were your results from the last session! Very happy!! (I've experienced 3 other places before trying Milan I would not recommend ) I would highly recommend!!!

I have been going here for awhile, I think about a year! It's lovely. Jamila was the first person I met and she was then and still is so warm! Kamaria is quiet in a good way and professional, lol. I like her because she already knows my preferred schedule. Brittany is hilarious. We chat like friends when she is killing me with that laser BUT I need the conversation before I cry lol I am on the level of it hurtssss but hey, beauty is pain in my mind. Keep in mind it does take a few rounds to get to the painful treatment levels, well I also have a high tolerance for pain too but it does hurt, NOW haha. Let me add that the place is clean too, bathroom, floors front area etc. I love it here. :D
