Went here for the first time after getting turned away at Mary Washington urgent care because of them reaching there patient volume limit for the day (absolutely ridiculous). Waited about an hour at PuC which wasn’t bad at all. I was seen by PA. Christina who was extremely kind and understanding of my concern and made me feel at ease while talking to her. Thank you again for the outstanding patient care.

I had a very disappointing experience today. I waited at the receptionist area for more than one hour to have a simple blood draw done. There were three patients waiting, and during that entire time no staff member came out to call anyone or give any update. What makes this worse is that this is a normal pattern every time I come here—the same long delays happen again and again. There is no communication, no explanation for the wait, and no sense of urgency. Waiting this long for a basic lab service is unacceptable and very frustrating. I really hope management takes this seriously and improves patient flow and communication. Checked in @9:05 Am. I do like to be seen by Dr Ansari but that not best way to deal with patient.

My only complaint would be the rude, unhelpful receptionist. My pharmacy did not receive a prescription the dr sent so I asked her if she could check on it for me. She said if the dr sent it in then it should be there. The nurses and dr are great.

I got my son’s school paperwork done here and can’t be happier. Cindy was in the front desk and she was extremely efficient. She is kind and helpful and finished everything in 15 minutes. It’s great to have an employee like her. Recommend this place to everyone.

DO NOT GO! I had done blood work about a month ago and received nothing about my lab results despite concerning factors. I called multiple times and left voicemails for the nurse and front desk. The front desk constantly hangs up on me, no reason when you’re trying to communicate. Nobody there is responsible! Worst experiance

What an absolute unforgivable experience, I normally go in with my wife for her medical needs since women are less often listened to, but I couldn't be there today. She comes crying telling me about how they were laughing and asking her why she came in there is no reason to check anything even though she has been getting constant checks and recently stopped medication and wanted to know if her levels were okay. Years and years of her being laughed at for having medical questions from a small child, and this is still going on? This is absolutely disgusting, and if you are a lone woman going in for a visit and are scared about anything, absolutely AVOID going here on Tuesdays if you can. As for the doctor on duty: Shame on you, you should be doing what you can to help your patients and not belittle them, if you can't see that what you are doing is disrespectful and unhelpful, then maybe it's time to call it quits before you end up hurting more patients and making them scared to come into the office. You are reprehensible.

We arrive on Saturday at 8:25 am as walk in, the receptionists make us complete the check in forms and after minutes waiting around 8:45am she just called us back to the front desk to inform us that the doctor wasn’t in the office and she didn’t know what time she/he was coming (I guess that she should tell us before we checked in, isn’t it?), no solution was provided from the receptionist my husband asked her if she could call the doctor to see how long she/he will take to arrive but the receptionist just reply careless that she doesn’t have the phone number of the doctor. It wasn’t an emergency service but is so disrespectful that your team just let people walk away without a reasonable solution, receptionist was not emphatic with the situation and just let us go. How come a urgent/primary care that states that has service starts at 8:00am but no doctor to see patients? We do really understand that things happen but is 45 minutes delay for a doctor to arrive (and they still didn’t know what time the person will be there) so, your practice should have a back up whenever this kind of situation happens. Very disappointed of the service received.
