I’ve had a few treatments here already at the recommendation of a former co worker. I know people who have had laser hair removal done and loved it. I got tired of ingrown hairs and dark spots from shaving, along with thicker hair growth (I am ethnic so this has always been a problem for my family). When I first walked in for my consultation, I was greeted by both Julie and Nikki (manager) at the front desk. They were both very welcoming and pleasant to interact with. Nikki seemed to really understand my concerns and even shared some of her own success with the treatment too. I decided to go for it since this was something I always wanted to do. I’m so glad I did! I scheduled my first 3 treatments and have seen amazing results just since the first treatment. Saige does my treatment every 5 weeks and has always been so wonderful, fun, and informative about everything she is doing. I felt comfortable from the very start of this entire process. The lifetime guarantee played a huge roll in my decision too. They definitely have a client for life! Thanks Milan!

Before the past couple months I would have given this place five stars. I’ve had two appointments canceled a day in advance this summer prolonging my treatment. The first time was because of a meeting, then another because of a broken machine piece. I haven’t been able to get scheduled in months. It feels like I’m paying for an expensive membership I can’t even use. The first time they canceled, they called me back to schedule which was appreciated given the inconvenience. I called back to schedule again the second time and was told I could go to Norfolk for my appointment. I set the appointment for today. Well I’m here now and the door is locked with a closed sign. Bottom line, laser hair removal has been a great experience with excellent results and the ladies at the office are always kind. I recommend doing research into competitors that offer sessions vs. monthly memberships as accessibility has been a huge barrier.
