I received a gift card for services at Vaderma and wasn't sure which treatments I wanted to get. Trisha took the time to talk about all of my options and gave some very practical advice on which service would be best for me. I ended up getting laser hair removal on multiple areas and teeth whitening! During the treatments she was professional, friendly and very positive the entire time. I can see where these types of services can be somewhat intimidating but Trisha made the difference and took away any fear or uncomfortable nerves. I highly recommend Trisha and Vaderma and will certainly be scheduling more appointments in the future!

Back in November I was looking around at places for laser hair removal services. I set up an appointment with Trish and she answered all my questions. Not only does she provide the service at a competitive price but really cares about you getting results. Since then I have seen her multiple times and she is always so friendly and helpful. I also love the results that I am getting so much that each time I go I seem to add on more areas! I am getting not only laser hair removal in multiple areas but also photo facials to help with dark spots on my face. Trish is awesome, I highly recommend coming here for any of your laser needs!!

I highly recommend Vaderma , I’ve been treated for Laser hair removal, Teeth whitening and Microdermabrasion , I recommend all three. There was definitely a lot less hair , whiter teeth and my skin looked smooth and just an overall beautiful glow. When I called to make an appointment for a touch up the lady at the front desk who is by far the rudest person I have ever dealt with and I have worked in doctors offices, a call center, all kinds of customer service positions including health care. I have never seen myself or any of my past coworkers talk to people the way she did. Anyway, she said I owed the 50.00 no show fee and I tried to explain that I had my own call details proving I had called to change appt. or cancel and still she was in an argument with me. The first interaction I had with her she hung up on me numerous times. This last interaction I had, I was calling the manager back to speak to her. She was supposedly calling the owner to discuss the fee and by the way the manager is awesome and very nice. The front desk lady’s name is Sarah and she hung up on me because I was frustrated and she said I was yelling at her. Then when I tried calling back she mimicked their voicemail then hung up on me. I have never seen this in any doctors affixes nor have I ever experienced this type of treatment. If I were you I wouldn’t use these people’s services. When I went to have my initial hair removal done a few years ago the staff was so much better. They have changed people and it is horrible now.

this place is A plus in my book. I previously received laser hair treatment somewhere else and after a bad experience was very skeptical about trying any place new. I read a few reviews on VADERMA and decided to give it a try. This was the best thing that i couoldve done for myself. I meet with Trish, she made me feel very comfortable by explaining every step of the process. She did a wonderful job and the treatments have worked. I dont usally write reviews but I felt that they deserved one because you dont receive outstanding service every day. I will be going back to them to get treatment to an additional area. :)
