Today was my first experience at Jasmine Aesthetica. I have to say it was incredible. The waitinfoyer was light, clean and welcoming. The staff was very helpful and answered all of my questions. I felt very comfortable and relaxed when my procedure started and stayed that way through out. I would absolutely recommend anyone check them out and I have already made my next appointment!

She refused service to my black husband. Said his kind are to difficult and didn't want us as her clients. I had paid $668 in advance. She stated she would refund my money eventually. Bunch of con artists!!!! This place is an unprofessional joke. Still waiting for my money to be refunded 2 months later....was told 3-5 business days twice. I filed a complaint with BBB and disputed charge. After you go to a real skincare facility you will see she is a quack!!!!. Can't keep items stocked. Skincare knowledge in low. The lobby is always empty. She can't remember anything, going to a real doctor. Save your money, very unprofessional and her employees are always right NO matter what. Good luck you'll need it. They are cheap.....for a reason.
