I love Adrienne! She's the best and she knows what she is doing. I wouldn't go anywhere else to get a facial or my eyebrows done (she does them every time) As far as the comment about not being friendly is concerned, I think coming on a review site saying bad things is pretty lame. Everyone is human and mistakes happen. She runs this whole place by herself! Perhaps she wasn't having the best day or maybe she heard about some sad news right before you walked in. You never know. Putting a business on blast negatively can cause harm to someone's livelihood. If you have a bad experience, how about pick up the phone and talk to owner privately. I bet she'd compliment your next brow service. Adrienne is caring, knowledgeable and truly cares about her customers, hence why she's been in business so long. Let's care about each other and not use the internet as our diary that all the world can see.

I agree with the other couple of users who had a negative experience because of "snotty service". I’m new to the area and wasn’t sure where to go, so I decided to give this place a try. The receptionist was friendly, but the service I received from the owner was highly disappointing. I wasn’t greeted, she barely spoke two words to me, and when I asked her at the end if she could cut down my brows a bit, it felt like I was inconveniencing her. Maybe she already has an established client base and isn’t focused on welcoming new customers, but a little customer service goes a long way. The pricing was reasonable, but between the attitude and the average result, I won’t be returning. I had even considered asking about their laser services, but I will plan to take my business elsewhere.

I have been going to Pure Complexion for many services the last couple years. I absolutely love the atmosphere, it’s very calming and relaxing. Adrienne is very attentive and listens to any concerns I may have and also guides me on what the best products would be for my problematic skin. I would highly recommend any service Pure Complexion has to offer! S I have still been going to Pure Complexion since I wrote my first review. Service is great, appointments are very accommodating and Adrienne has the best facials no matter what is happening to your skin. I have also had laser hair removal and laser on my capillaries. She offers many services, you should book a facial today!

I started going to Adrienne for monthly facials and then to Dr. Bermudez for botox and filler. They are both detail-oriented, kind, and completely focused on what I want to achieve. On my first visit, Adrienne went over my current regimen and my problem areas, and catered her facial to improve my skin's overall tone and texture. Dr. Bermudez spent a good 20 minutes on my first visit with her just talking about what I wanted to improve (wrinkles, frown lines) and achieve. I am extremely delighted with the results, especially because I still look like myself, just improved. I have been told by acquaintances that I look 10 years younger. This is a wonderful med spa in Manchester, and I continue to visit Adrienne monthly and Dr. Bermudez every 3 months. It is a vital piece of my skin care regime!

Adrienne did my bridal makeup, as well as the makeup for my mom, my new mother-in-law, my three bridesmaids, and our two young flower girls. With so many different skin shades and skin types, Adrienne knew exactly what to do to make us all look and feel beautiful.
