I previously left a poor review last year because nearly every visit resulted in waiting at least 15 minutes past my scheduled appointment time. The manager replied at the time, acknowledging the issue and saying they were “fine-tuning appointment durations” and making adjustments. Wanting to give them the benefit of the doubt, I decided to try again this year. To be clear, the front desk staff and nurses have always been friendly and professional—no complaints there. During this most recent visit, they explained their internet was down, so I tried to be understanding. My appointment was at 11:50, but I wasn’t called back until about 20 minutes later. After a brief conversation with the nurse, I changed into my gown and then waited another 15 minutes before the doctor (Andrea Jones) came in. She didn’t apologize for the delay—just said, “Hi, thanks for your patience, welcome back.” After waiting roughly 40 minutes past my appointment time, I expected a bit more acknowledgment, but I let it go. This was an annual skin exam. Dr. Jones asked about a mole on my cheek that had been bothering me last year, so I explained that I had it removed by another dermatologist a few months after my last appointment with her. I told her the area didn’t completely smooth out after being shaved off, but that I wasn’t eager to go through another cutting-and-healing process unless there was a less invasive option, like laser. She confirmed there wasn’t, and said punching it out might be the best option. Somewhere in the conversation, things seemed to get lost in translation. I said I was tired of dealing with it, and she took that as me agreeing to another procedure. She then told me it would cost $750 since it was cosmetic. I was confused because I never said I wanted a procedure done. After we cleared that up, she responded: “Oh, then why are we even talking about this? We’re just wasting our time talking about something you’re not interested in treating.” Like, I’m sorry—I’M wasting YOUR time?? Talk about RUDE. She had asked about my cheek, and I was simply answering her question. I never said I wasn’t interested in improving it—only that I didn’t want another surgical cut. That is not an appropriate way to speak to a patient. We continued with the skin exam. She mentioned my scalp looked irritated, so I explained the recent issues I’d had (acne flare-ups, scalp psoriasis, etc.). She listened, but showed no empathy for the stress or frustration I’d been dealing with. Her only response was, “Well, we can do a patch test,” which felt more like another upsell than genuine care. Overall, she showed zero concern, and it felt like she was eager to end the appointment once she realized I wasn’t planning to spend extra money on treatments or tests. I gave this place a second chance after my poor experience last year, hoping things would improve. Unfortunately, today’s visit confirmed the opposite. I will absolutely not be returning. Not now, not ever.

Uplifting visit this morning at 0830 - very convenient office hours. Greeted by congenial, efficient front desk staff. Promptly seen by Diane Chiu, MD, who expertly diagnosed my concerns. We developed a treatment plan and within 20 minutes I was able to leave, quite satisfied with her expertise. I heartily agree with the overwhelming majority of her patients that she is a very skilled professional. I understand why she is so widely respected by her peers.

I can no longer recommend. Dr Chui says she wants patients 100% satisfied with treatments, and supposedly offers packages, but hasn't kept her word on either in the last few years. She offered me a combination treatment package, however when I tried to schedule the second part of the treatment package after paying over $5000 initially with mediocre results I wasn’t super happy with, the full price was going to be charged and no discount applied. Also previously when I tried to schedule the treatment multiple times I received no follow up from the office. I was understanding and patient that they dropped the ball several times when I had the ability to do the procedure, but then to not keep their word on discounts this is a scam. Dr Chui's pricing has always been premium compared to other providers which has been fine with me if results are good, but now that she is not delivering on promises with bait and switch style sales tactics and customer service is dramatically declining it all becomes very unreasonable. So disappointed.

Dr. Chiu is absolutely amazing! Best dermatologist/injector in the industry. The staff is amazing, knowledgeable and so professional. Results are very realistic and I appreciate it when the providers explain everything in detail including the pros and cons of certain treatments. What we think we want isn’t necessarily what our skin needs and I love that they are conservative and straightforward with result expectations. I drive from Oregon just to see them.

I was recommended to visit this clinic by another physician. I got 31 units of botox and inquired about Pico Genesis treatment. ** Seeking Precision in Skin Tone Discussion ** I discussed the Pico Genesis laser with Dr. Chiu for treating hyperpigmentation in dark skin like mine. She mentioned it was safe for "black" skin and inquired with her staff about their experience with using it on "black" skin. Since black people have a diverse range of skin tones, from light to very dark brown, I felt that the language she was using was unnecessarily ambigious. I asked if she was opened to feedback and suggested using more precise terms like skin tone or the Fitzpatrick scale for clarity. Dr. Chiu said she uses the scale in her notes but continued to use broad ethnic terms. I wasn't offended but felt uncomfortable and wished she had been more receptive to my feedback for professional communication. ** First Botox Experience ** I had my first Botox experience with Dr. Chiu and was surprised and taken aback by the administration process. She quickly wiped my forehead and began injecting without much communication, which startled me and made me concerned about the accuracy of the treatment due to me flenching. Despite this, I'm overall pleased with the results. My forehead lines have nearly vanished, and my skin looks brighter. However, I noticed a vein has become more prominent post-Botox. The effects appeared within two days, sooner than expected, and I received 31 units, which seems high for my age (24). I'll update this review with the unit recommendation from my next provider in 3-6 months to compare the treatment recommendation.

I had a series of color correction laser treatments with Olga, and I just loved everything about my visits with her! At my consultation, Olga patiently answered all of the questions I had, and recommended a "Color Correction Package" - a combination of different lasers to treat my skin concerns. During each of my 3 appointments, she addressed my issues with multiple lasers, so I feel that I really got a lot of bang for my buck! Olga is amazing! She is a perfectionist, but also a great conversationalist! I will definitely return on a regular basis!

PA Jones did laser treatment on me and honestly I expected it to be really uncomfortable but the little zaps were completely manageable and she walked me through the whole procedure. I absolutely 1000% recommend Bellevue Laser & Cosmetic Center! It has been difficult to find an medical office that offers such a wide variety of treatments and services. The office even offers later appointments so none of my family has to miss school or work. I first met with Dr. Chiu for a consultation. I was impressed with the staff from the moment I requested an appointment through their website. I worked the same hours so having the ability to communicate via email was so convenient and easy! I even told them in my email that I work the same hours so a staff member called me at 5:30pm (after hours) to accommodate me! I was impressed by their customer service. At the consult, Dr was extremely comforting and set expectations. We mapped out a plan and cost that I was comfortable with. I made the deposit at the time of scheduling and I prepaid for the consult that would be put towards my services. I know that putting down a deposit can be concerning at first but when it came time to check out, those previous deposits really did take the pressure off the entire cost. Post appointment, one of her staff called to check in with me and that was comforting as well. My second time in the office was to meet with Olga. I wanted to brighten my over all skin tone. Olga is confident and professional. I told her "lets just do this fast". She said "got it" and did her thing. Before my body had time to realize the pain she was finished. My daughter and I both met with PA Jones for a medical visit. It had only been my third time in the office months apart however, the staff greeted me and everything and everyone felt familiar and very welcoming. This is a small detail but, I've been going to my OBGYN for over 20 years and they literally have no idea who I am even after giving birth there (that feeling where I am bothering them). My daughter only being 3 she was nervous but by the end she was giving everyone high fives. I loved how the staff made a young child feel so comfortable and addressed her and taught her about the diagnosis.
