As an Indian girl, I'm very apprehenvive of where I go for laser hair removal because of my dark skin and thick hairs. I’ve been a patient at the Bellevue location for several years and have always had a wonderful experience. The staff is welcoming and friendly, and Dr. Layla and her team consistently go above and beyond to look out for my best interests. They make sure I leave feeling and looking my best every time. I routinely get Dysport injections, and Dr. Layla always takes the time to ensure I achieve the exact results I want. I’ve also been undergoing tattoo removal on my forearm, and it’s almost completely gone—with no scarring at all. So far I have done tattoo removal and had my lips done at Kucumber. While both of these processes are not fun to go through, I couldn’t imagine going to another facility to get them done. Holly makes your experience of tattoo removal so much more pleasurable. I won’t lie, it’s an extreme pain to get it done but she helps you get through the pain. I’m very grateful for her aura that she brings, and the way she listens to me when I need a break or what have you. Obviously everyone has heard the horror stories that can come from botched lips or a tattoo removal is done incorrectly but I will recommend Kucumber Skin Lounge to anyone that wants at least these things done. I love the way my lips turned out, and I’m loving getting this tattoo removed. I’m sure I’m going to get my Botox done through them too. They’re taking all my money and I’m okay with that. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

I had a very bad experience and should have listened to my intuition - happy to answer more questions as I had to reach out to Better Business Bureau. It is quite interesting after my complaint, their website specifically says "semaglutide". I was charged $700 for TIRZEPATIDE and then was told repeatedly to wait 7-14 days for the compounded Tirzepatide to arrive - shocker, I called 15 days later and I had to be aggressive to get ahold of someone - I asked for a refund immediately, as they didnt "know where my order was". I asked how they were able to get compounded Tirzepatide after the FDA has tightened up on regulations and they assured me they were able to. Simple questions about the compounded lab were met with "why don't you trust us?". Well, because I gave you my money over the phone and you're avoiding simple questions. Now their site says specifically semaglutide. do not give this place your business. Any questions are met with "WHY DO YOU HAVE SO MANY QUESTIONS". Greedy and a shame, I hope the FDA cracks down or they face repercussions.
