I had an amazing experience at Roop skin care! Brazilian and body wax were done with great care, super clean, gentle, and almost painless. This is first time I done Brazilian from Roop. She has magic hands. Painless waxing. Acne treatment facial left my skin glowing and refreshed. The staff is friendly, professional, and makes you feel completely comfortable. I have used this place several times now. I usually wait to write reviews until I have visited the location few times and used different services. I have to say they have been consistently great!! The services i have used - threading, face wax, waxing arms and legs, facials all at different times. Priya has been helping me each time and she is so sincere, compassionate and excellent at all services. Her hands for massage and facial are sooo good. I always feel leaving so rejuvinated after their services. They are very sincere and God fearing people and very genuine. When I read some of the negative reviews I cannot help but wonder, how the 'customer' was too. Take it for what you may!! Just my 2 cents. I have noticed a few ppl being very 'entitled' especially if they haven't taken an appt. I never expect them to see me 'right away' if I havent made an appt. Let's all please be a little more respectful. P.s- The owner neither their staff have asked me to write this. Just my observation being in there several times.

Got eyebrows and waxing done after a long time, was expecting a lot of discomfort but Priya was excellent and did an exceptional job with eyebrows and waxing. She was knowledgeable and focused. Very happy with the service and good quality work. Will definitely be going back there.

I wish I could give less than a star. I have been going here from the last few months and never had such a terrible experience. I did waxing, eyebrows and upper lips. Waxing went ok but some eyebrows and upper lips were the worst. Firstly, she had another customer waiting so she was in a rush if I could feel while she was threading. Then she did eyebrows and both the eyebrows were not equal so I asked her to fix them. after fixing she ruined it completely and worst she t didn’t think there was an issue. She also didn’t even care to use scissors to remove shape it properly. I am so disappointed. Now that I read all the other reviews so many people complained about this and worst is that lady argues and won’t accept her mistake. I have a function today and this was a terrible experience. I have been going there from past few months but had a terrible exp with this new person.

This is my skin after getting side burn waxed yesterday. I also see bruises near my eyebrows where I got threading done. Full arm waxing and leg waxing was fine. Update: so I called the owner after the comment she posted below. Instead of apologizing, she said it was done by Priya (her employee) and not me. She told me to come so that she can see in person. She went on to blame me that I would have put cream on it that caused it. Such a bad customer experience! Not only they damaged my skin, they refused to accept it and blame it on me and on top of that cut the phone! Would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

I went to get my eyebrows done and arrived at 7:15. The lady working there asked me to come back tomorrow because her sister was there to pick her up. I had to rearrange my schedule just to get there before they closed—at 7:30. How convenient that she asked me to come back tomorrow. It’s so unprofessional. I’m honestly surprised by how some people run their businesses. If I pulled something like this at my job, I’d be fired. I guess they really don’t need my business. I’ve never seen a place close before their posted hours unless there’s an actual emergency.
