I got a massage from Spa Vita Bella and it felt amazing. I didn't want it to end. I came out feeling so relaxed and de-stressed. The rooms were so relaxing and the whole ambiance was very calm and elegant. The staff was great and very professional. I already set up my next appointment and can't wait!

Not a good experience for my wife. I purchased a gift card for the 60 minute Essential Facial for $95. In the printed description of the service that I was given, the 60 minutes included a facial plus shoulders, arms, and hands massage. The attendant rushed thru the facial in 45 minutes and said the service was complete. If my wife had not insisted on the full 60 minutes and the massage, she wouldn't have received it.

ZERO STARS Received a gift certificate for The GRAND INDULGENCE package. A $230 value. Tried for months to get an appointment that fit my schedule, basically a Saturday To no avail. Went online, called finally decided to go in. Well they no longer offer massages, the receptionist was a complete ditz, called one owner and they said they would refund my money, called the other owner and he said no refund. We just bought the place in April, take it up with the previous owners, yet they are operating under the same name. And they are still advertising MASSAGES on their face book page. Contacting attorney General tomorrow and the better business bureau.

Vita bella spa has a very comforting environment. The waxers are definitely knowledgeable of what they do. I have only gone there twice and tomorrow will be my third, but so far the staff are excellent and very friendly. They are really pricey with the Brazilian wax, but worth it! I greatly recommend this place. I enjoy going here for their services and will most likely continue. =)

Went here a year ago and was a complete waste of my money!! I have very sensitive skin so the adhesive they use did irritate my eyes a few days later. I was overcharge for a eyelash fill to begin with yet I went back to see if they can help fix them or use a adhesive for sensitive eyes. The lady who was suppose to help refuse to because I was not going to pay full price all over again!! Although the staff was apologetic they could have done something to compensate the terrible service from that staff member.

My friend gifted me a massage last weekend, and the gal (Emili) was on her phone twice during the massage! I actually sat up, looked at her and asked if everything was okay because she just stopped and was holding my ankle and my wrist. She threw her phone onto the table and said, "oh, you're just really tight right here." In my ankle and wrist?!?!? Right. You were caught on your phone, just admit it. Not relaxing at all. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

HOOOORRIBLE! I have been going here for years! Ever since the old receptionist left it’s been crazy. The technicians are awesome but apparently the new management/partners are not. They don’t know what’s going on, they can’t find information, they want all the info again. So I requested to speak with the manager (whom can hardly speak English) and they told me to hold. Then the new chick who is obviously training come back and says the managers not in after she said she was getting her on the phone. She was giggling in the back it was hella unprofessional I’ve spent hella money at this place and it’s just been going downhill. I won’t be using this place again!
