I saw a post on Instagram advertising a $99 deal for new clients and went for it after checking their other reviews. It was easy to schedule and well worth the journey from Capitol Hill to Redmond. I immediately felt welcomed by both staff members that I interacted with, one of whom, Nina, was my esthetician. She was so friendly, attentive, and gentle every step of the way! Nothing felt rushed at all, and the scalp massage was phenomenal. I definitely plan to go back!

I came across an amazing promotion on Facebook for this business and, without thinking twice, I booked an appointment. It wasn’t until later that I realized they’re actually a three-hour drive from me! I ended up calling them on a Sunday -when they were technically closed and just one day before my scheduled appointment, and to my surprise, they still answered. I believe the woman I spoke with was named Hope (if I’m remembering correctly), and she was incredibly kind, understanding, and never once made me feel embarrassed about my mistake. Her professionalism and compassion truly stood out to me! I honestly wish I lived closer because based on their customer service alone, I would absolutely give them my business. On top of that, I’ve also heard wonderful things about their procedures and the results people have experienced. If you’re considering going with them, I can confidently say they’re a team you can trust!! Genesis Well was and Aesthetics is top tier quality! Upon arrival, Grace and Nina greeted me with a warm friendly caring smile and attitude. Both were charismatic, knowledgeable and professional! After filling in a couple of in-take forms and consents, I was shown to a very serene environment in order to change and have my custom facial and dermaplaning. Nina is a true artist! She was thorough and skills impeccable. She had my skin glowing better than I have had in a long time! I was able to fully relax and just let tension melt away. As part of my package, I was able to do red light therapy on my face to help with anti-aging benefits. Grace (the owner and is the medical artist/provider there) answered my questions about other services I may purchase in near future. Excellent customer service and top notch service.
