Transgender friendly! I came to book laser hair removal for my face and neck after hunting around a bit and settling on Laser Lounge Med Spa, despite its distance from my work and home. What a great place - extremely clean, everything's set up perfectly and professionally. The women I worked with were punctual, friendly, cheerful, and just really easy going. But they also knew what they were doing and were very skillful. What's even better is that, at my consultation for laser, they brought up that there was a Groupon deal that would save me a *lot* of money on the procedure I was having done. They didn't have to offer that info but they did and, wow, yeah, it almost shaved off half the cost. Scheduling is easy, the laser hair removal is fast, and the waiting area is very pleasant. The technician is also very good at double-checking to make sure she's reached every area. I also had one IPL Facial treatment to try to help with the sun damage below my eyes. I feel like it didn't quite do as much as I would like (but probably had unrealistic expectations) so, on the follow-up, I was told they would focus just on that area again, free of charge. I thought that was very nice of them. All in all, very recommended!

My one star rating is due to the customer service, value, and results of the IPL. I purchased an IPL facial on Groupon for $135. I have had an IPL facial before but this experience was drastically different. This IPL felt like a tattoo removal more than the laser and numbing cream I had before. Mary told me that I was not very red but the redness I have is the same as before. Mary took 14 minutes in total appointment time. $135 for 14 minutes. Hence my value rating. I looked like a peasant (new mom so sweatpants, no makeup, etc) and I felt like Mary treated me like an after thought. I tried to tip her but she said “it’s ok.” I felt like I was dismissed haha. Certainly a subpar experience that left me feeling less than.

Business shut down out of the blue, they sent an email when they closed, and at the bottom of the email left an email address to contact with questions. However, I have not received any response in weeks to any of my emails. I had a package for 3x laser hair removal, and had one last session left in my package. I am looking for a refund for the last session I am now unable to get. Unprofessional and disappointing.

***HIGHLY RECOMMEND*** I have been coming here for about 3 years now & these ladies are absolutely amazing! Always so friendly, gracious, & knowledgeable regarding the numerous services they offer, I have not one bad remark. In addition to being very personable, their lobby & spaces are always immaculately clean & beautifully decorated. I first found them through a Groupon Ad & purchased a full face laser hair removal package with the results after a year being undeniable; only requiring a few normal extra touch ups here & there. Now after my face is finally starting to settle, I am so excited to begin my new journey with their other skin invigorating procedures! I wish I had more money to gift these wonderful hard working women even with their outstanding deals, but I guarantee you will get your money’s worth & more if you haven’t already been in.

They are so sweet and professional and have great prices without compromising quality. I saw excellent results coming here compared to other places and continue to go back.
