I've spent the last two months trying to communicate with Melanie S, who works for Dr. Greene's billing. Based on their responses, I'm pretty sure Melanie didn't actually read my emails (I would have preferred to call, but every time I did they were not available and my voicemails were never returned). With an appointment booked and a time sensitive question, Melanie didn't respond for over a month--not until the night before the appointment (in fairness, I'm not sure they knew the date of the appointment, but it is still frustrating!). I think Dr. Greene outsources their billing so Melanie technically isn't one of their direct employees, but it is their choice who they work with and it certainly has had a significant negative impact on my experience.

I visited Dr. Greene's office recently and was impressed with the professionalism and excellent service by Dr. Greene and each of his staff. Dr. Greene spent considerable time answering my questions and recommended a skin biopsy to rule out melanoma on my face. Unfortunately, when I was schedule the appointment, the staff realized they did not accept my insurance. One of the staff went back to tell Dr. Greene and he came out into the lobby and requested I come back to his office for a consultation. He spent at least 20 minutes telling me about the special surgery I should seek out, if I had the skin carcinoma. He also gave me the name of a surgeon he respected to do the surgery . I greatly appreciate Dr. Greene's time, especially given the fact that I could not even get the surgery done with his practice. Exceptional Dr., exceptional staff, exceptional care. Dr. Greene and his team are AMAZING! I've been dealing with a stubborn skin issue for years and saw many different specialists and could not resolve it. When I met with Dr. Greene he was able to identify the issue and thoroughly explained how to treat it. I was able to get a quick, painless procedure that lasted less than a minute and finally got a solution to my skin problem! The whole team is highly intelligent and you can tell they are really passionate about what they do. Lastly, they were all such kind human beings! Everyone there was really really sweet and who doesn't love that? I highly recommend this place!

We came in for a second opinion for a removal of a skin tag on our child. The first consult we had received indicated she would need general anesthesia. When we met Dr Greene, he explained how he could safely do the procedure with minimal interference. He was thorough, clear and patient, and even drew us pictures so we understood exactly what would happen and why. The procedure itself, which we were able to schedule for two days after the consult, literally took less than 30 minutes in and out. My child literally walked out smiling. Dr Greene and his medical assistant showed care, expertise and kindness. I honestly could not have dreamed of the procedure going any better than it did.
