I was very impressed. The staff was wonderful and accommodating. I was welcomed with several warm greetings and smiles. My wait time was nearly nil. The waiting area was esthetically comforting and filled with informative information. The nurse that led me back to the exam room made me feel at ease as she went through my prescription and medical history list. She went and brought the Dr. back to see me with no wait time at all. The Dr. had a very impressive bedside manor. He explained everything to me in language that I understood. He listened to my questions and concerns. He never interrupted me when I was speaking. I did not feel rushed or talked down to. He put my worries at ease and made me feel confident about my decision to move forward with the procedure. Overall, I give a 10/10 to my experience. I'm looking forward to what's next. I highly recommend Cole Aesthetic Center.
