I had a wonderful experience at Áme Aesthetic Institute in Sumner, Washington with Courtney for microneedling and couldn’t be happier with both the process and the results. Courtney was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the appointment. The treatment itself was completely painless, and I was pleasantly surprised by how little discomfort I had afterward. I truly believe discomfort during and after a procedure varies significantly based on the practitioner’s skill and technique, and that says a lot about Courtney’s expertise. Courtney is the best and her calm and friendly demeanor is a plus! I absolutely trust her. Even though this was my first session, I already noticed a slight improvement in my skin texture, with minimal downtime. I am looking forward to my next sessions and excited to see further improvement on my skin. Overall the environment at Áme Aesthetic Institute was calm and welcoming, and their customer relations were exceptionally friendly, responsive, and accommodating from scheduling to follow-up. Everything was clearly explained, and the experience felt efficient and effective from start to finish. So grateful for Áme! Jessica is truly the best. She is an absolute professional who takes the time to understand your anatomy and goals instead of using a one-size-fits-all approach. She did both my filler and Botox and tailored everything specifically to my needs. She even worked with me to determine the right Botox dosage for my TMJ. I have been going to Jessica Armitage for med spa treatments for over 10 years. That’s a long time!! Here’s why … First of all, her medical credentials are superior and give me a great deal of confidence in her competence. Not only is she a Nurse Practitioner (ARNP), she also regularly pursues continuing education in order to remain current and up-to-date with best practices. Her “less-is-more” approach to natural beauty is tasteful and never overdone. I am in my sixties now and can honestly say she has been helping me age well since my late forties. Family, friends, and even strangers often ask me for referrals. Her many years of experience make a big difference, too. She is highly skilled, and I feel safe in her hands. She is, quite simply, the best in the South Sound area. I would never go to anyone else. Finally, Amé is a state of the art med spa. It is elegant, well appointed, modern, and comfortable. The staff are welcoming, friendly, and nice. I feel pampered, cared for, and appreciated every time I go. Jessica is phenomenal! The only person I trust to inject my face. She’s a less-is-more injector and will keep you looking natural, but better! She’s also honest about the services she thinks you need/can postpone or avoid entirely. The salon is also fabulous - staff is all very friendly and welcoming and it always smells so good in there. I am newer to this business and so far I have been impressed. Very helpful and friendly, answering all my questions to concerns. I like their less is more mindset, not overkill of services being thrown at you. For me it’s about helping me age better and also treating myself to some ‘me’ time. I don’t want to look plastic but more natural and their suggestions have been working for me. They offer many services to fit age ranges and goals, which I want in a facility. Very clean and professional, I am beyond happy switched to this clinic.

Where do I even begin? Jessica and her team are amazing. I’ve been seeing her for 3 years and I’m so glad I found her. Jessica is very conservative when it comes to treatments and is very knowledgeable about products and use. Jessica has gone above and beyond for me. I always feel like I get more than what I pay for. For example at my last appointment she could tell I was feeling a little down and crummy so she gave me a booster pep me up shot. She’s so generous and kind and sweet and I just love supporting her business! Everyone there is well educated and similar yet unique approaches. I can’t say enough about all of my experiences with the providers at Ame. I have never in all of my years seeing Jessica , had a less than great result or experience. I have also seen Camille as of late as well, and again, always have excellent , positive experiences. This team is top notch, and I am impressed with them not only in their services , but as people. One thing that impresses me is their education. They could have stopped at “ good enough” but they didn’t and go higher and higher and it shows. Great crew all the way around. I hardly ever leave reviews but this particular service has really bothered me. I recently moved back to WA from Dubai and had some old filler migration I wanted to dissolve and wanted to try a new aesthetic place closer to where I’m staying and I found AME on google. I went for my lip filler dissolving appointment, that whoever had this procedure done, you know it’s very painful not to mention you’re paying for it as well. Jessica was the person who injected me which she did mention I might need a second appointment to dissolve all of the filler, which I’ve heard that before but has never needed a second appointment let alone pay again. I’ve had lip dissolving treatment at least 3-4 times before so I’m pretty familiar with the process. Well a week went by and I noticed none, 0 of my filler had dissolved. It was as if I had not gotten any treatment. I don’t know what lame solution, product they use but IT DOES NOT WORK! DO NOT GO TO AME if you want to dissolve any filler because you’ll just be wasting your time and money and go through unnecessary pain. I had actually referred my cousin to go who had already made an appointment and I quickly told her CANCEL! I ended up going to my old original place I used to go to before I left to Dubai, “Aesthetic Surgery Center” in Tacoma and I had my appointment today to dissolve and my lips have already shown a huge difference as far as dissolving my filler. I RECOMMEND going to Aesthetic Surgery Center for all your spa and aesthetics services. You will receive what you paid for. I so regret going to AME since I wasted my money and unnecessary pain.
