I started going to Empowered Med Spa at the beginning of 2025 for laser hair removal and tox injections and I’ve had only positive experiences! Seriously, I can’t say enough good things about both Shannons, Gail, the environment, and especially my results! It was my first time ever getting tox injections after wanting it for years and years. I was hesitant to try Xeomin because I had only really heard about Botox and Dysport before. But Empowered Med Spa has good vibes and I felt like I could trust Shannon Keenan right off the bat so I just let her do her thing and I am SO glad I did! Shannon and her skills as an injector have given my face a wrinkle-free softness that I’ve never known as an adult. I have new found sense of confidence and I just can’t fully express my gratitude in words. Also my first experience with laser hair removal and yes it’s expensive but so so worth it! Shannon French is so easy to talk to and comfortable to work with (which is important when you’re naked with all of your bits exposed!) She’s also very patient and easy going - I asked to add on additional treatment areas at my appointment and she fit it all in without hesitation. Later on I missed one of my follow ups and then never called to reschedule because life got crazy. I was a little embarrassed but she was so understanding about it, when I finally saw her again she just checked in to make sure I was doing okay and then got me right back on track. My results have been incredible and worth the price - not having to shave my armpits everyday is another kind of freedom! And Gale, the receptionist, is the friend everyone wants and would be so lucky to have. Seriously, she’s awesome and hilarious and I wish I could take her with me when I leave my appointments! 11/10 stars! This place is absolutely amazing! It was 4 days before my wedding and I was scrambling to book a hydrafacial (another spa had unexpectedly canceled on me). I sent an email to Empowered Med Spa and they replied later the same day! One of the technicians said she would come in on her DAY OFF! I was so incredibly grateful to the spa and to Jenn! We did a platinum hydrafacial (dermaplaning to start) and omg Jenn made my skin beautiful! I was absolutely glowing on my wedding day! Not only that, but Jenn was so nice and remembered my wedding day. She sent me a sweet text to wish me well the morning of my wedding. Empowered Med Spa went above and beyond!
