I always feel welcomed and comfortable the moment I walk in. Marisa, the NP who does my treatments, is fantastic. She explains everything clearly, checks in often, and brings this perfect mix of confidence and enthusiasm that puts me totally at ease, even when I’m getting zapped. I always walk out feeling great… well, emotionally great (physically I’m a tiny bit spicy from the laser, but it’s worth it). I originally signed up for a package just for my hands and arms, but the results were so good that I ended up upgrading to the full body package. I’m honestly so happy I finally did this. I've been coming for about a year and the ladies are always very friendly and professional. The actual service seemed to have worked well and the 5 minutes of pain are well worth the convenience of not having to save or wax anymore. There was a short period this summer where they may have been under staffed because the wait times between appointments got long but it seems to have gotten worked out. Overall would recommend.
