Let me start off by saying I don’t normally do reviews but Caitlin is awesome. She’s honest and pretty much let’s you knows what’s best for you. It’s hard to come across an aesthetic that would rather refund you your money if a procedure is not needed than someone who just doesn’t care. I’ve been getting fillers done for years and she’s by far the first person I’ve met that explains the entire process rather than me having to research it. She’s great I will highly recommend.

Katelyn (spelling?) and Olivia were great the last 2 times I went in for the Botox in my forehead and my masseters. Clean, professional, friendly and listened to my concerns and face goals. Front desk staff is amazing, sweet and kind. Easy to talk to and booked me quickly and always gets me in for the day I need and the time I need.

I read some mixed reviews before going and was a little hesitant on what I would experience. Staff warm and friendly and professional. Office is clean with a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. I went in 3 weeks after my Botox service for a chemical peel and possibly more Botox if needed. I liked that they didn’t pressure me into using all of the Botox purchased on one visit. I wanted to start small and work my way up if needed. I did have a slight issue with some unevenness of outcome they were quick to assess it and fix it for me and thanked me for coming back in and giving them the opportunity to remedy the situation.

I am so terribly disappointed. I have had Botox other places numerous times and never had an issue with droopy eyes. Well, following my treatment here I look like a mess. I have a droopy eyelid and lump in my forehead. I am devastated! I posted a pic under photos for the business. ***Update::: I called, set up multiple appts and virtual visits only to be "cancelled" Now weeks later, my anniversary photos ruined and having to go to another place to be told they would try to help but the service provided was done wrong. This place is a joke! Stay away unless you want half your face sagging and frozen. Complaint filed with BBB also. *** Final update::: I still have a slightly droopy eye. So sad!!!
