This past week I got my first treatment at Ideal Image in Fox Point. Sarah was at the front desk and Amanda did the treatment. They both were extremely kind and zestful. For me, getting laser hair removal seemed a little daunting and I felt scared going in. I was not sure what to expect honestly. However, they both helped me to feel way more calm and relaxed. On the phone Sarah helped me feel very welcome despite working to accommodate covid restrictions. She greeted me at the door with such ease that I knew choosing Ideal Image over other laser places was a good choice. Amanda helped talk to me throughout the treatment. This helped me to get my mind off of things and feel very relaxed. Overall, I feel very thankful to have chosen this location and to have service with such fantastic individuals. :)

Don't get scammed with Cool Sculpting. I have a little extra tummy after having 2 babies. I completed 6 sessions and literally no results. Goodbye $3K. I tried reaching out to the customer service nine (9!!!) times over 3 months via email and call. FINALLY heard back after I called the fox point location. The fox point people were so helpful and listened. I wanted to refain from leaving a negative review because it is not the technician's fault. It is the sales team and customer service reps. However, I don't want any other people to waste their time, money, and hopes getting their post baby body comfortable. The customer service said there was nothing they could do, not even discounting any additional services. All Tyler kept doing was rereading the contract I signed and referring to it. While I understand, there are plenty of other med spas out there and I will not spend another dollar at Ideal Image until this is taken care of.

My experience was a complete dream! From coordinating my appointment with Heather to the women in training, and the women who've been there for years, every person did an amazing job. Scheduling my appointment was efficient, understanding, and simple. And the women who performed my procedure did a great job and were very calming for how nervous I was haha. Thank you to everyone involved. It was an excellent experience.

I need to update my review. Although the nurses have always been incredible. I'm super disappointed in my results. I've done full UL treatment and full round of BBL. My bbl results are less than pleasing...I still have tons of red on my face even a week after yet another bbl treatment. I did bbl on my hands and now I have white blotches. It's just not what I expected. My complaint is that I never received my "$250 lifetime membership free once a year treatment" I called and they said to schedule my free treatment at the office because I had until November, yet at the office they said I was past my 1 year mark. I could purchase another $250 lifetime membership to get my free treatment but then it's not free is it? It's $250. I never got my free Lifetime membership once a year treatment. They told me I had until November then nope can't get it. I don't like that kind of stuff. So just beware!!! I'm trying a different place. I really love Ideal Image. I have had procedures done at other clinics and this is the most professional and comfortable environment. I feel like it's a really good quality and value for the money as well as the fact that I have met the nicest people. All the way from signing up with someone on the phone to working with them at the clinic. Dakota was my latest nurse and she was amazing! Such a nice human. Highly professional fantastic group I truly do recommend.

Amanda R was amazing. She made me feel comfortable and at ease. She listened to my concerns and and was very professional. I was very nervous because I don’t like needles (and was getting Dysport injections) but she was gentle and talked me through the procedure. Because of her courtesy I felt very little discomfort!! I highly recommend her as a Nurse and service administrator!!! — and my results are great!

Today was my first ever laser hair removal treatment. I was warmly welcomed to a very clean clinic by the receptionist. My nurse Dakota (spelt differently but I can’t remember it exactly, I’m sorry!!) promptly brought me back. She was very kind, professional, and explained everything thoroughly. She calmed my nerves and made sure I was tolerating the treatment throughout the entirety of the appointment. I felt completely comfortable getting my under arms & brazilian areas zapped. If I knew it was going to be so pain free I would have scheduled years ago! I highly recommend this location!

From the beginning each individual I have come into contact from Fox Point’s Ideal Image with during this adventure has made me feeling like I’m doing this with my best friends at my side. All text, emails a s phone calls have been handled professionally and diligently. I keep a very packed schedule and they have all made fitting in my appts happen!
