Would never return!!! The MD is very much full of himself. He will very much cut down your skin care routine, despite it working for you for years, just to sell you his line of product or service. He was going to charge me over $2000 for 2 tiny spider veins on my face. Not only that, but the appt before mine ran over 30 minutes late cutting into my time. He rushed thru my appointment to get to his next so he could be on time for that one cutting down everything I did. Very rude. I went to a different provider and he zapped away my 2 spider veins for $200 with a higher quality machine.

Dr. Hetz has the skills and finesse of a Park Avenue Plastic surgeon combined with the manners and down home approach of your favorite family doctor. He does it all himself and if you want him after hours he'll call you back even if you haven't seen him yet. Find that in a cosmetic practice nowadays. Very reasonably priced and consummate professional. Couldn't recommend him enough.

I pre-paid for 2 viles of Juvaderm over the phone. Now this was due to the fact I had got several telephone calls from the receptionist stating they were going to be out of the product and if I wanted to get the half off discount I would need to take advantage. I gave the receptionist my credit card information and pre-paid for the Filler. Upon getting there I chose to also do under my eyes along with filling the scars I had on my lips. Let's start out with this I walked out of there looking like a monster. I went back the following week I was told I had an infection. I requested copies of photos that he had taken of me directly after I sat up out of the chair after his injections. I had no worse Of bags under my eyes from getting out of that chair to seeing him the following week. Dr. Nolan told me that I would be in good shape for Easter. He was soooo wrong. I seen my Reconstruction Dr. a week after Dr. Nolans filler and she told me I was over pumped with filler and I had no infection. Nolan gave me anabiotic's to take knowing I had a big mesh replacement surgery 3 weeks from the date of injections from him. I am recovering from breast cancer and going through Reconstruction. I was trying to make myself feel better before I went into my surgery. This was an epic fail Dr. Nolan does not know what he is doing. To tell me that I had an infection was ridiculous. He gave me a shot of steroids for no reason. When you look at the pictures I took a wk after inj & the picture he took when I stood up out of the chair there was no dif. I let him even inject a dif product after to try to even things out .I strongly yrge u to do more reasearch. Please do yourselves a favor and do not go here. Cheaper is never better. I learned my lesson. I had fantastic work done prior. Less filler yet little more pricy. It beats walking around scared to show ur face or ppl askn if you have been punched in the mouth. Youthful endevors took $1,400 of my money and also have me walking around with a huge one side lip/ baggy eyes for the next eight+ months. They are trying to give you a fake face. Youthful endevors wants to pump you full of filler where prevea rejuvenate only sudily changes your appearance. Taking away the fine wrinkles and lines which is what I wanted. I walked out of this place looking like a monster. Nolan Hentz does not use small amounts of filler which in turn is going to drastically change your appearance. I think his approach is to get you lopsided and then make you pay for more filler. I advise you keep your money or find a better doctor because they made me already self-conscious more self-conscious. Most people go because they don't like their appearance. Be prepared that this man will give you a drastic uneven looks. He does not believe in small changes. I did my research and realize that most doctors only use a half a vile under each eye. He used one under each eye. My other doctor could've had me looking good for two years w/ that amount.I was happy with my last injections and she only used a fourth of a vile under both eyes. I noticed my pictures disappeared you I’m not sure if you’re able to have control of that but I have had filler before and the same exact and I still get it never had issues like I did at your office. You have no bedside manner. You have no business being a facial filler when you have a gynodegree..I made you aware that I was possibly going to go protest so others knew they were getting into u threaten me by the police. Protesting is a part of my right.I am not intimidating it is allowed I just thought I would like to add that in because I do not want anybody else to go issues I went thro w/ him. He just wanted me to spend another $2G I did not want to look like Barbie. He was told this upon me going in that I would’ve like to save some filler but it was expiring so he had to use it

From the moment you enter the office you are treated with professionalism and courtesy. I have never experienced a cosmetic dr. who has such a vast knowledge of the intricacies of all your concerns and proceeds with caution to always provide the best results for you. I would, without reservation, recommend Dr. Hetz as a physician who would provide you with the utmost care and results and genuine concern.

Less than impressed. First time I went, I was charged more than what they were advertising as their monthly special. When I brought it to their attention I was told it was an error on their website. This price had been on their website all summer and was also posted on a piece of paper in the office. I was told I wasn't the first person that brought this to their attention. I accepted it and paid the extra $40. When I went in today I was told it would be $60 more than I was quoted 3 weeks ago. He stated there was a special in September. The price for my procedure is the same today as it was in September. $10 per injection. I will find elsewhere to spend my hard earned money.

Worst place ever...I cannot believe he is still in business. I had the worst experience of my life there, not to mention all of the complaints against him. I should have done some significant research prior. Please people, go somewhere safe.
