I had such a wonderful experience at Fox Valley Plastic Surgery! I was in need of a little pampering and a bit of a lift, so my mom treated me to a facial. From the start, Meg was incredible on the phone—helpful, knowledgeable, and so friendly. I wasn’t sure which treatment to try, and she suggested microdermabrasion, which I had never done before. I mentioned that I have sensitive skin, and she immediately reassured me that it wouldn’t be a problem and made a note for my esthetician. From the moment we pulled into the parking lot, we knew we were in good hands—the building is beautiful, and everyone inside was warm and welcoming. My facial was absolutely soothing, and I had no reaction at all, which is rare for me. It was the perfect mix of something that’s great for my skin and just feels amazing. I left feeling refreshed, cared for, and truly pampered. I highly recommend Fox Valley Plastic Surgery for anyone looking for top-notch facial treatments and a welcoming, professional team!

I’ve only recently been going to the Oshkosh office for post double mastectomy surgery and reconstruction care due to breast cancer. FVPS has been nothing short of caring, straight forward and compassionate. They provide a warm atmosphere with friendly faces that greet you right when you arrive. Dr Doubek is my main surgeon and is a kind man. He and has given me excellent care and practical advice and information. I’ve had follow-ups with Jason Garrow, PA-C, who was in my main surgery, for tracking my healing and progress. He too, is understanding and compassionate and has allowed me the opportunity to dream for the outcome I’m envisioning with positive feedback, which does not includes false hope or a reassurance of smooth sailing. It’s a journey, with bumps in the road, but there is light at the end of the tunnel. I appreciate the candor and frankness, along with the possibilities for making it through this well schooled on the options available when the bumps hit. A+ for the whole class act team!

They hired new receptionists that are warm, helpful and welcoming. They do consultations that cost $50 to reserve, the machine scans your face and gives results of skin in multiple dimensions your aesthetician may recommend a beauty regimen or skin treatment(s) based on the results of the scan. Contact them to book the scan and fyi treatments fill up months in advance. There is a cancelation list however, it can take a long time to get in here for certain treatments. They are in association with 2 rewards programs Allē & Galderma.

I’ve waited 1.5 years to post this review to give them a chance to fix my results but ultimately I’m still left with less than favorable results. I had a procedure done here and, unfortunately, the results were not what I had hoped for. I underwent a revision, but there was little to no improvement. Now, I’ve been informed that any future revision work will incur additional charges because it has been more than nine months since my initial procedure, despite being advised to “wait and see” how I heal. In fact, the doctor himself told me, “you did the right thing by waiting.” After the significant amount of money I’ve already spent, I’m disappointed to be asked to pay more for a result I’m still unhappy with. I’ve decided to start seeking a different surgeon, someone with new ideas since I will be paying again regardless. When I shared a photo of my results in a surgery group on Facebook, many people commented that they would not be satisfied with an outcome like mine. I can understand their stance of wanting someone to pay for any revisions once the person is past a certain time frame but on the other hand, why would I pay any more money for possibly more disappointing results, especially since I waited patiently to see how my body healed and if this place would fix my results.

Review is for cost only: $100 consultation fee for male gynocompastia is absurd. If you're going to schedule someone three months out and still expect $100 to see them, then you should question your choices in life. Also because they won't provide the quote over the phone or on the website, it almost certainly means this surgery will cost over $10,000.
