As a child I worshipped the sun, now in my late 50’s it shows. I went and had the photo facial done with Shelly and Wow what a difference it makes, all my spots are gone with 1 session. Ask Shelly to see the pictures! It also removed all the little pesky dark hairs on my chin too! I used to go to the old spa but this new area she has created has so much class and it has Shelly’s personality written all over it. I’m not one to write reviews but I thought I would share the great over the top experience with you all. It you haven’t tried it, your totally missing out on looking your best!!

I get laser hair removal done here and although I am sad Trisha no longer works here I now do my treatments with the owner who is very nice, relatable and knowledgeable. The prices seem reasonable but I have not been anywhere else. They don't make you wait long and have refreshments and magazines in the lobby. All of the receptionists have been very friendly when I visit and have been able to answer any questions I forget to ask during my appointment. Unfortunaly their new location is a bit further for me but I think it's worth it.

Staff was nice but I will not be back here. I was supposed to have a 60 minute Swedish massage... that ended after 45. The first 15 minutes was basically just my head being held up, while lying on my back. I was left with a wet towel on my back in a cold room. Most of the time, I was being massaged with one hand. This was definitely not worth $75. Would not recommend this place for a massage to anyone.

Had a Brazilian wax with Sara. Those are never fun but she was very professional and made me feel comfortable. I've had some really bad experiences with waxing at other spas but this was by far the best! Definitely going back to see her! Highly recommend her if it's your first time or just looking to try someplace new.

First time we went they kept leaving the room to answer the phone and door and did NOT add anytime on for the time they spent out of the room talking on the phone or to other people that came in the building during our massages. Second time we went we called the day before and made an appointment and when we got there we found out they didn't even write our appointments down and were to busy to fit us in.

I have been to many spas over the years for facial and body treatments and have to rate this spa a 5 star, based on the quality and variety of services, prices, and overall atmosphere. The owner is always looking for ways to improve her business and obviously cares, by the way she maintains the place and is always adding new services. I have had different services from staff here and have always had a great experience. The spa is spacious, yet somewhat cozy with the warm decor and nice ambiance. There is no need to travel out of Kenosha or Racine to some other spa, when we have this beautiful gem somewhat hidden in Racine, across from Regency Mall! They offer everything from facials and massages, manicures and pedicures to other face and body treatments such as microdermabrasion and laser treatments for hair removal and photo facials. It is an outstanding place that I would recommend to anyone looking for a great spa experience, likes to be pampered, and who wants to look and feel great!
